Presonus firepod & vista Problems

I just reluctantly bought a new pc with the joyus asta la vista installed tried hooking up my firepod and running the inistall and it wont install! vista keeps comoing up with a message saying that it needs av/c drivers from presonus it's driving me nuts lol anyone got any ideas.

i assume you dloaded from the website the latest drivers.....rather than what came with the unit.?

yea well since the driver cd that came with unit is for xp only i didnt want to chance it

ok as of two seconds ago it synchronized it was just vista being really tempramental but then again being a muso i should be used to tempramental lol
