PreSonus Audiobox vs M-Audio Fastrack Pro

I want to know which one would give me better sound quality (or just better in general). I will be recording on a Mac using an Audio Technica 4040. Mainly gonna be recording Vocals and Guitar, and I am going to be working with either Logic or Pro tools.
 
Another option you might want to consider is the Focusrite Saffire 6. It costs a little bit more, but has superb preamps. I chose it over both the Audiobox and the Fast Track Pro. You can probably find a pretty good used deal on one on Ebay. I also might be selling mine in the near future...
 
This might help: Selecting Mic Preamps I think it is more geared towards an outboard preamp, but you can use the info to compare specifications for the preamps in the interfaces you are considering.
 
Look into mackie black jack. Audio box has a weak pre amp at only 35db gain
Vice Mackie at 60db.
