I need to buy a dedicated preamp for improve my studio sound.
Actually, I´m using the preamps built in my Samson MPL 2242 mixer.
I look for a quiet, transparent and detailed sound preamp under U$ 1.000.
Can you help me

As long as you want to spend a K on a pre amp, why not check out the MARTINSOUND pre. They make a couple of models. One costs a little less than the other.

They are supposed to be about the best you can buy.

I use an ART mic pre. It costs less, but I'm dreaming.
