Preamp Question

I am running my Shure SM 58 into an ART Tube MP out through xlr into my Behringer mixer than out through 1/4 to my Delta 66. My Tube MP is a preamp and the xlr on the behringer has a preamp as well. Is my signal suffering by running through two preamps?
