Pre Build Booth?

Hey wassup everyone, well, i was on here askin a bunch of questions before, on how to build my own vocal booth, but i do not know much about this stuff so i dont want to risk spending so much money for something that is not build right or something...so, i come to ask this...


Is There anyone who can build me a vocal booth n' then deliver it to me? i can pay half up front n' then the other half upon completion, i really need a booth but do not want to risk building it myself...and im guessing to buy a booth that someone built on their own will be much cheaper....please let me know...also my email is e_r__i_c@hotmail.com if you want to contact me personally...Someone Help :), Thanks.

yea, i checked them before, but i am saying like, custom build, as that is professional stuff, i was seeing those and those seem to be good, that is my 2nd choice so far...but as i asked above..is it possible for someone to BUILD one for me, n' then ship it out? as in, built from scratch kinda thing since i understand building one yourself is cheaper...right? so in this case, i figured, if i get a custom built booth..id save me a good amount of money...so is there anyone who can do this? lemme know.
 
I think it would help if you listed where you are in your profile. Nobody has any clue if they're even remotely close to you to make this a feasible option.

Ah.......having something CUSTOM built by SOMEONE ELSE is NOT the same as building it YOURSELF. So where do you save money...no one works for free. And then, shipping something with a minimum dimension of 4'x4'x8' that weighs a good 400lbs.. not to mention moving the damn thing OR getting it through a door.......good grief, you are NOT thinking.

If you are talking MODULAR, these panels would still weigh a lot. Shipping now is UNBELIEVABLY expensive. Look, the point of a booth is ISOLATION. Isolation is only achieved with MASS. Mass equates with weight. Weight equates with shipping costs and so does size. IF you want to save money your best bet is to REALLY build it yourself. The reality is ....yes, I can build it and ship it to you.. however, it will cost you MUCHO BUCKS!! $2300 plus shipping, which could conceivably cost the same. Guaranteed 55db transmission loss at 125hz. BTW, do you have a forklift :D
