Pre Amp

Hey im looking for a 8 channle preamp not looking to exspensive iv been looking at the Behringer ADA-8000 Ultragain Pro, im planning to connect each output of the pre amp to each different channle on the m audio delta 1010. Is this pre amp for me or am i better of buying somthing like the SM Pro Audio SM PR8 MKII
 
Do not get the PR8 MKII!!! I had one of those and within 6 months of use 5 out of the 8 channels went dead. Plus, the PR8 MKII does not come with ADAT in/out, you have to buy it separately for 100.00 more bucks. I have used the ADA-8000 before and it much better all around.
 
i have the pr-8 and although id does suck so does the ultragain(and none of my channels have died yet)...why not save money...he doesnt need adat in out because the delta's in's are analog..he wouldnt be buying the ultragain for the adats benefits because..well...you dont buy behri's for long term...i hope at least
