Pre AMp Shure C606?

Hi just bought a Chure C606 - kinda cheap. But striaght into my computer it is really quiet. Do I need some sore of pre amp or box or summit?

Sorry for the n00b question.
 
All mics require a preamp. The Shure would be no exception.
