Pre-amp/compressor set up issue

Idiot check me please -

Pre-amp => Compressor/Peak Limiter => Sound card

or

Compressor/Peak Limiter => Pre-amp => sound card

Can't seem to get the limiter to work properly.....

Read "ID-10-T" as all upper case letters.

If ya still don't get it then replace user and press the any key......
