Picked up '79 P-Bass Natural original body, hardware and pickups w/ original case Wednesday for $260 out the door. This is the same pawn shop where I scored my '74 Sunburst Jazz Bass, and my '79 Black P-Bass for gimme prices. I haven't been able to take a pic of the bass yet,but I found a pic of what it looks like (about the same condition) minus the pickup and bridge guards. Here's a pic:

'79 Natural P-Bass $260 (out the door)

'79 Black P-Bass $180, '74 Sunburst Jazz Bass $64.64 ( both prices out the door)

What is WRONG with those people??? Must be some sort of law about selling a lost pawned item at over 100% profit.

As if I didn't already hate you enough for your collection and your pool.

I want that bass!

What is it with folks taking pics of gear next to pools? Gives me the heebee-jeebies...

Lucky you - now do you play all three or is it a case of not being able to pass them by or pass them on?

$64.64 for that Jazz bass?! Surely, you typed that wrong...

...right?

The $64.64 is correct on the Jazz Bass. The pawn shop had it listed as a Fender Jazz Bass in the computer, but they screwed up the pricing some how. ;)

nothing really big...but on the same note...

i was in a pawn shop they had about 5 or 6 guitar stands, at $24, one, the exact same kind, was marked $7...
So I bought it, and it rang up as $7. pretty cool screw up...

Enough already!!!!

Just tell me where this pawn shop is located!!!
