I don't think so, but again im not sure. Do this:
Find out what the extension name of Cakewalk files. But you probably already know what it is. I have no idea (lets just say its .cp ,just for example. Well go into cool edit pro, if you want to open a sesion that you made, go under multitrack view, open, then there will be a list of different file extensions to open. If you see one called .cp, then you know your in luck. If youre opening a single wav (which i would understand why you wouldn't need that because im guessing you want sessions from Cakewalk) go under the edit wav view "View, edit waveform view) and go to open file, and look for the same extension. Hope that helped. And if doesnt, check with syntrillium to see if they have some kind of plugin so you could open Cakewalk files.
