I need a strong portable workstation trolley on which to mount a PC, keyboard, sampler etc. It is for use a "floating" station to be used in various recording studios in a college.
Any suggestions would be most welcome

Various companies, like Hewlett Packard for example, make test equipment racks with wheels. I have an old Hewlett Packard unit that has the rackmount holes on two opposite sides with the adjustable slant top for scopes or whatever you want to put there. It stands 40” tall. I also have a rack unit with rackmount holes on all four sides, and adjustable shelves that bolt anywhere on the unit, facing in or out, flat work surface on top, and standing 50” tall. Unfortunately there is no nametag. I also used a heavy duty metal cabinet on wheels for holding 4 compression molding machines on the top, with all the pumps, motors, and logic control inside the doors below. Try some industrial equipment suppliers like McMaster Carr. Does your college have a welding shop? Try to get big soft wheels.
