It's been awhile since I've been on the boards, however I noticed other people are now sorta playing off an idea I had a long time ago where other people would mix my tracks in comparison to what I had done to see if they could do better.

Anyways, here is a track from my bands new album that I recorded at our studio. Let me know if you like the quality and mixing before we send it off to our agent please :)

 
I'm not a big fan of the snare sound on this one.
IMO, I think it should be more of a high-pitched cracking snare. The sound you have now doesn't fit the tune, IMO.

That's my only gripe, and it's very subjective. Other than that, sounds great! :)
 
The snare drum was one of my biggest issues during mixing, and since I was under a very tight deadline there wasn't much more I could do. I guess I didn't hear it during recording, and when it came time to mixing I was screwed.
