I must be on the Denounce Team or something.
The only congregation I'm a part of is that populated by the insects that buzz around the light on the back verandah at night.
I've, frankly, been bamboozled by the sub groupings of Metal & what's now referred to as R'n'B. Yet I'm even more confused by the miriad machinations, methodologies & motivations of modernish music performance as an adjunct to religious services.
I knew it'd moved on from Rock Mass & the Electric Prunes LP but didn't realize how broad a church it has become.
To tell you the truth, however, it all seems like the same old stuff that happens when people come together & deal with all the politics that more than one person in the same room at any one time generates.
If the music, melody & lyrics are good then great, however...
