poor boy demo needs critique by legally sane

Listened to electro. Did she say, "Lucky beaver?" That was funny.

Cool enough vibe and cool enough song. But man everything was so distorted. Quite a bit of fuzz. You may want to try to EQ some of that guit sound out of the way of the vox. A little competition - especially during the "dramatic reading" in the intro.

It'd be cool if that bass had a nice well defined attack.
 
Where did Dr.Stawl find all those tracks? I see only 3 on your mp3.com page, and same at nowhereradio, and your website.

What am I doing wrong?

Its a 2 1/2 year old thread, my guess is he took the other songs off...:)

yeah man, go for the better quality recording, even if it is only slightly better. You want to sound like you know what you are doing AND sound raw at the same time,. which you most certainly can. If jack white can do it, anyone can. Wipestripe.. . on a piece of toilet paper. hahahahahaha get it? good job brotha! later
