I'm really not sure what sort of device will improve my recording levels.

Does anyone here have a surefire way to get Edison wax cylinders to hit +4dB without melting messy wax all over my wife's torso, her heaving chest pressed against the control booth glass?

Will zinc oxide cream help?

Many thanks in advance,

Lumbago,
Tube addict.

I'd try a Pearson's Compensator, but I sure I only imagined it. :D

I dunno, sounds like he's already overcompensating........

zinc oxide? I doubt it.

Nitrous oxide on the other hand...

Just kindly insinuate that she needed a wax anyway....

(insert sound of lumbago being thrown through the control room glass)
