nice, I think you need a little EQ on the first verse especially and a reverb.
 
i like the beat and the lyrics but not sure they should be together. it seems like you got some timing issues on this one. at some points you before the beat and some you are after it. I hate to say this next statement cuz it will sound ignorant on my part but your english is to correct. now that dont mean slurred up yo words but drop some out where you are to slow and add some pause wher you are to fast. this also leaves room for adlibs. you go some good lyrics tho keep it up
 
The reason the lyrics are off beat is because I tried to throw the lyrics off other songs i have did before which had diff. beats. Guess it didn't work as well as I planned. Thnx for the feedbk.... 2 both of ya'll I'll return some here soon best believe that.
