POD with Delta, and Balanced +4.

Ok I have a Original Pod. And just got a delta 44. Well I hook everything up using TRS cables. Set the
Delta to +4. And go into Sonar. and with EVERYTHING maxed my levels are like -15db or so. What
gives?:)
