What exactly are the steps I need to take in order to transfer my downloaded POD files over midi to my POD. THANKS!

Hook up a MIDI out cable from the POD to your computer.
Hook up a MIDI IN cable from your computer to your POD.
You need both even if you're only transferring data in one direction.
Install the POD Sound Diver software and you're on your way.
Make sure everything is powered up before you start the S/W.
It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys.
