pod cast recording- multiple tracks- mixer-program?

I've been producing a few internet radio shows via skype and am at a point now with a few of them where i need some better tech equipment/advise esp. for 1 show in particular.

Setting:
2 hosts at same location using USB mics
1 live caller using a land line

What I need:
I need to be able to record all 3 people (two in the same location) on 3 separate tracks using USB mics for the 2 hosts and the third person on a land line.

Is there an inexpensive way to do this? I've been trying to figure it out for months now and can't find a cheap solution. Please Help!!

Nope. Get rid of the USB mics, and use regular mics and an audio interface that will send all the signals to your recording software as spearate tracks (assume that's what you want to do). It is very tricky to get any computer DAW to recognize 2 USB devices (and 3 input sources) at the same time.
