This may be in the wrong fourm (as I am a n00b and it feels like a noobish question) so if it is I apologize.
I love vintage gear and recently I was lucky enough to aquire box of assorted old gear. There was alot of crap, a bunch of old coards a cool looking EelectroVoice 664 in there and litteraly like 25 ElectroVoice 660's
. There were also 2 Electrovoice 635A's and a Unidyne III 545D (all 3 mics in excellent condition) which was pretty cool. One mic that reamins a mystery to me though is a (Pearl) PML DC-96.
I have tried looking for info on this mic and i've come up with nothing. Can anyone share some wisdom and fill me in on what exactly this is?
I haven't tried the thing yet but I think it's a condenser and becasue there's no place for a battery I assume it's phantom powered, but i uess i coudl be totaly wrong on this. Can anyone help me out?
