Plugin doesn´t apply to given track[Cubase 5]

Hello when I in Cubase 5 try to add fx. Reverb A, it doesn´t apply changes it should.
In the plugin I can hear the change but it doesn`t add reverb to the track I want it to.
Does anyone have a clue?
