plugin advice.

hello im very new to this so expect dumb questions.

i just started recording with cubase 5 and want to know if someone could tell me if there is a plugin were i can get a lot of sounds from my guitar........like make it record like a bass or piano.

i would also like to know of one that i can make my own drum beats for rock style music.

p.s. just so you know what im working with......saffire 6-----cubase 5-----prs guitar run through a H&K and miced with a SM57.

Cubase has tons of great built in FX and sounds. We also offer SampleTank FREE for a bread and butter workstation sounds and AmpliTube 3 FREE for your guitar/bass/

Sounds like you need to buy a guitar synth like a GR-20. EZDrummer is one of the cheapest/easiest to use drum software IMO.
