please recommend a vocal processor

i'm looking to get a vox processor so I can mix a reverb and flanger to get a harmonizing effect for live performances..I would prefer a pedal effect over anything rack..can anyone recommend something cheap...is it possible to use a guitar reverb and flanger effects pedal for vocals or will there be too much feedback

Digitech has a floor unit for live processing (don't remember the model ( for somehing like $200.

I beleive TC Electronics just came out with one, which is likely better than the Digitech - but also likely to be about $500
