Hey, I've been recording for a while now through analog equipment; Boss BR8 recorder with a Phonic Power-pod 740 mixer, later taking the tracks that were recorded on zip disks
, and editing them in cool edit. I was looking to explore the world of digital recording for many purposes. All I really want to do is to have a setup where I can have drums into maybe 1-3 separate tracks, have a separate track of vocals, separate bass, separate guitar, and maybe have a midi in recorded all on separate tracks while jamming at the same time.
