Please help - Windows doesn't detect Onyx 1640 w/ Firerwire

Hi all, I just tried the Firewire setup for my Onyx 1640 and went through the steps, but when I get to where the "Found New Hardware Wizard" is supposed to appear, nothing happens...I searched the Mackie forum etc. and found nothing about this - can anyone please help me?

SP2 often requires a FireWire hot fix in order to detect devices correctly. Check out Microsoft's help center or whatever they call it for more info.

Thanks dgatwood...I discovered I had an issue with my PCI FireWire I/O card in Device Manager, so it's all good now.
