PLEASE HELP Sonar Producer Edition 4

I have installed this software and when i open it up it says
the following:

"You have not selected any MIDI outputs.
This means you won't be able to hear anything play!"

How do i select the MIDI outputs?
And I cant hear my tracks, how do I play them please help !!!
I dont want to record midi tracks, I want to record audio and I have SiS soundcard.
Do you have to have a particular soundcard for this to work ??

Try actually buying your software. we do not help pirates here.
