I need help!!!...Trying to copy a CD that is a "Split Trax" CD, meaning it is made for an accompanying vocalist...Problem: Each track I've tried to copy records 33-40 second increments, then goes to the next track.
It's because of some reference points on the CD for the vocalist. Example: Song 1 is 4:00 long. It will play all the way through on a conventional CD player, but when I try to make a CD copy of the CD on my Computer's CD Writer, it will record it, but while the track is still playing, will go to "Track2", and I lose 2 seconds of the music while the copy leads into Track 2...So in other word, this 10 song CD has technically 50 tracks total when played.
Anyone familiar with split track CD copying, or a good knowledge of my problem, I would appreciate some help!..Thanks!

The way I copy cds that arranged unconventioally is to use a program called CRWin. You can make an image of the disk with a .bin extension. Which means binary. It just copies exactly what is on the disk and then opens the .bin file and write it to the disk. It puts all the 1's and 0's in the same spot they were originally (work for copy protected cds too).
You might want to find a program that can do similar duties.
