Hello all,

I have acquired : Art tube preamp
M-Audio 1010lt
Behringer mixer
KRK Rokit 5 monitors
Rode NT1-A Microphone

Everything is connected fine but I have problem with playback from the mixer. For recording, mic>preamp>mixer line input. From mixer, sub 1-2 output to rca input of 1010lt audio interface. I get clean and nice signals. For playback, 1010lt output to 2-Track/USB RCA input. I get no signal going to mixer and playback from monitors. Anyone know why? Thank you in advance for your help!

I might be mildly confused here, but why is the mixer even in your input chain? I suppose I could see using it as a "volume knob" for your monitors, but ---- what's it there for?

How do you suppose I connect it?

You might want to say what the mixer is....

You say your interface is sending to the mixer, but have you told your DAW to send there? Sorry, I am at a loss as well, as to why the mixer is a part of your configuration.

More details, and maybe I can understand.

Willing to help here. :)

After fiddling around, I think I have it figured out. I went from mic>preamp>1010lt input. 1010lt output>mixer input>monitors. Everything seems to be working I think :) . I have a behringer x1622usb mixer.

That sounds right, but I am not sure why you have the mixer in the setup. The Delta has two preamps right? And audio outputs?

I am not a guru of any sort, when it comes to this interface you are using. I just have experience, with not liking anything from Behringer Xenyx line. Not as a recording input chain anyway. I am not a Behri-basher, just know that is not good for a preamp input chain. :)

I use the mixer to control volume of my studio monitors for mixing and for headphones.

That's probably what I'd do if that's the rig I was working with.
