Playback without being in Pro Tools

I have an Mbox 2 Pro and run Pro Tools 8 LE.

I've got a Kawai MP9500 piano and 2 studio monitors connected to the Mbox, but I often want to just play the piano without running Pro Tools

I had an Edirol UA-25 USB audio interface previously and whenever the computer was on the signal was routed straight through the interface to my monitors.. but with the Mbox nothing is routed through unless I'm actually in Pro Tools with an audio track record enabled..

Any suggestions?
 
Use a patchbay, or a splitter cable to connect it directly to your monitors as well as to the Mbox?
