I just swapped out the original drums - which were recorded w/ midi through a Roland TD9. At issue was the midi had a LOT of false data in it. I think the hi hat pedal was faulty. So I had to rebuild a lot of that part in fixing it to sound relatively natural.

But I wanted a more acoustic kit sound than what we originally went with - so I put in the time to fix it.
 
Nice track. The bass is poking out, I would drop it down an octave and pump up from below. Drums sound good
