Pitch Recognition

How can I convert solo vocals to MIDI ???

So that I can:
Edit using standard music notation (or the Piano Roll)
Playback using any fun synth sound
Print Lead sheets, etc.

Is there a Sonar plug-in available that can do this?

...There's no Audio to MIDI converter in SONAR. I never heard available plugins do such thing. But if you are realy interesting, go here and find Wav to MIDI converter...
