Pintech Mesh pad with electric Yamaha DTXpress kit?

Hello-

My church uses a Yamaha DTXpress drum kit. We added a Pintech mesh head drum pad and sometimes it doesn't trigger when struck. I'm sure there are some settings I need to change in the module since I'm using another manufacturers pad. I don't have a manual here. Can anyone suggest how to set the module for the greatest response with a mesh headed pad?
 
Try using the sensitivity control to almost maximum . If that doesn't work try changining the threshold. good luck
