Not sure about the B...but the E16 should be a direct replacement.
Keep the roller clean, it will last a loooooooong time. Just plain water, a Q-tip, and a little rubbing regularly.
Don't push real hard when you rub, the pinch roller shaft/mechanism may go a little out of whack.
On my G, I would take the roller off (watch the small, thin brass washers, they stick to the ends, and you don't see them right away)...then take the removed roller over the sink, and just wash it gently under warm water, using some cloth to scrub the roller. NO SOAP.
Dry it off with a clean piece of cloth, and then with a small, stiff plastic brush....brush off any lint particles for that final cleaning.
It will look like new...no chemicals needed....takes about 5 minutes every once in awhile. No need to do this daily/weekly, unless you are using some nasty tape that leaves a lot of oxide on the roller.
After a long time and lots of use....when the roller gets that hard sheen to it, even after a good cleaning with water....only then you can use some rubber conditioner to revitalize it, but use it very sparingly and very rarely....it will eat away the roller over time.
Just a little on a Q-Tip, and you rub it wet around one or two passes...then use some dry/clean Q-Tips to rub away any left-over conditioner. Use the Q-Tips with paper (or wood) stems...not plastic.
