Pickup advice

Yeah but I like to have sugestion on what to look for. It give an idea on where to begin!!

And I know that Harmony Central is to be taken with a grain of salt!! I think I said that not so long ago... Everybody loves everything, they are not enough objective, they often talk like sellers or something like that..

And I agree that ebay is a great way to find a deal, I use it often but I'm not sure I would use it to buy a guitar, its very easy to buy a citrus (bad neck etc...). Just my opinion...

kewl thrawn, yeah i'd like to check out that godin too, was thinkin about pickin up one of the cheeap cheap cheap retro model by them, i think the power blue would be nice, i'm kinda hopin on checkin one out in the future, it looks like a lotta fun cause i'll be able to abuse it lol, actually i hope the pik-ups are very clean and natural sounding so i can pull off some country licks on it, the maple necks and pearl fretboard look real kewl for the country thing, the body is so basic (kinda like y the fender tele was made for) a quick slam out guitar, if the article was right, some article said somehin about fender not expecting the tele to be such a big hit..but the article could be wrong, but anyways, i'm hoping for that cheap godin (around $349. can) to be one of those finds, ya know what i mean lol good luck eh, those guitars are nice that yer thinkin about, always is nice to buy a nice guitar eh...... peace

I have a friend who own one of these Godin and It sound good but it's not extraordinary. The Godin I'm looking for is the premium model of Godin (LGX) and It's sound awesome to me. Mr. Bruce recommend me this guitar and I think he's a good source. Anyway..

Finally my "new" Squire is ready and I'm totally amazed!! I have always liked it but now I'm extremely happy to play with it, sound is good (I like Mr.Duncan), nice new fret, well intonated etc. etc. etc..

oh and I've install the new SD hotrails in my friend's Tele.....It kill!!!!!!!!
