By the way... I think there is some spill-over from another thread, ..The thread about Bruces new C1

I don't think my purchasing was ever an issue in this thread... It was in the other thread that I was talking about purchasing one....

Fine...go play with your OTHER friends....it doesnt matter if I'M funner to play with and I have more toys......im taking my ball and going home.....

I meant no disrespect. I simply meant that maybe it's better for you to get the AT. I have no problems with that. If you did, you would have a pair, and that means overheads and other applications.

I do not want you to be unhappy if you end up buying a C3, and since you like the AT so much, I think you should stick with what you already like. So, I meant that all in a good way :D

It's just a matter of waiting and hearing.... as I say, Both options would be nice.....

Sort of like when you have a white girlfriend and your thinking of adding another onto the roster...

Adding a black woman would create a beautiful "collage".. I mean alot of black chicks are real nice looking..... But at the same time... having 2 white chicks would make a nice pair......

Hard desicion.... I want it all!:D

The 4033 is a 1/2" electret mic - the C1 uses a 1", externally polarized capsule. Two very different animals.

And if you're talking about the C3, you're adding two more polar patterns which are extremely useful.

how does the differences effect the overall sound of the mics?

I'm looking for a crisp sound. not sure of what else to say.

Like Harvey was saying, though, the C3 would allow you to add two more polar patterns. That would be sort of like having a white chick, a black chick, and an Asian all in one.

If you get tired of the White chick (probably spending all your money), just flick the polar-pattern switch, and you have a beautiful Korean giving you a laosan massage. Flip it again, and you have a beautiful, dark, exotic chick shakin' her luscious booty.
