Piano Lessons

Any of you producers have taken or currently are taking piano lessons to help with your music? I was thinking today if I had lessons my music would be much more meaningful, lol. What are the usual rates and what is to expect from them?

IN MY OPINION:
I took piano lesson for about two years, back in the days. I still remember the basics too! But, once you get someone to teach you the basic theory like knowing what key to play in, knowing what notes are involved with what key. (which is alot to swallow, but that is what you want to practice....) If you're not trying to become beethoven, that is what you need for a good foundation and to just play by ear.
It took me a while to realize that if you're playing in a particular key, you can almost eliminate all the other notes except to go up or down an octave. But there are keys(Notes) that you won't hit in certain keys. Learn what notes are in what keys and practice that. Then to add other things in the future will be easier, well it worked for me!!!
