Philips N4506

Hi I'm new to this forum and enjoying it very much. Does anybody have any info about the Philips N4506? Is this a 4-track machine? The seller I talked to says it is but it doesn't look like it from the pictures. If it is 4-track would it be any better that the Fostex 280 Cassette 4 track I am currently using or just a waste of $200.

By the looks of it it's a quarter-track stereo machine, not a four-channel recorder. There are four tracks on the tape, so you can turn it over like a cassette, but you can only record or play two at a time.
