Howdy all!
First - can anybody suggest any good VOCODER software? AnalogX has a free one, but it's a little strange - not quite the pro quality sound I want.
Second, there's an effect that I'm trying to identify. If you're a Dr.Who fan, it's the same effect that was used on the Nimons. They take the signal and echo it and with each echo, the pitch changes. That's the basic final effect. I'd like to know how it's created. The closest thing I can come up with is just lowering the pitch of the wet signal and add delay.
Does anybody know what this is?
Thanks in advance!
