pc omf file> import mac protools

need help trying to transfer a song recorded on pc to a mac protools set up.need help from any one who has sucessfully done this . want to use an omf file.
1. when saving the file do i have to do any thing special? please respond :confused:

If it's a stereo track no problem. Just import it as a wav file.

the song i am sending is for mixing it contains many tracks .

Sorry, see my edit to the original post.

I've done similar things with SAW and Pro Tools. I used the spot mode of PT when importing to ensure that the BWF files were "spotted" to the right location.
