Patchname help needed desperately!!!

Hi folks, teaching a course at the local University, and the tech guy re-formatted the computer, losing our RS-9 patchname script. I've searched everywhere and can't find it. Does anyone have this file? can you tell me where I could find it? Thanks for the help!
