the artist i deal with (many of you who have been around for a while know about this) officially got 2 years probation for his latest issue. that means as long as he stays out of trouble, we'll have a good year.
i'm re-recording the nylon acoustic guitar track for one of the songs on this seasons EP. i noticed some pops and clicks in it that i didn't hear before. turns out my updated driver was the issue. i had to roll back to v3.0 of the frontier designs wavecenter WDM driver.
i met these 2 caucasian rappers a few weeks ago and am recording with them now. i'm trying to get them ready for the festivals and stuff as well. 1 is extremely talented and the other writes well, but isn't quite as gifted in his delivery. like the difference between phife and Q-tip, or charlie brown and busta. one is a star and the other is good in doses. i'm just getting started with them, so i'll probably miss a bunch of dealines, but i'll give a go.
