anybody....i need some help here...
i getting to open a new studio...
so...i need a paperwork sample..
it all about product costing,management and anything about getting started a new recording studio.

I've seen a few online downloads for sample contracts and such but if you are as serious as you sound your best bet is to contact an attorney. The legalistic mumbo jumbo is so ridiculious that unless you have a degree in business law chances are that you don't even want to go there. Just keeping up with all the recipts is a pain. Like any business you need an attorney to draw up contracts and a CPA to keep the taxman off your ass. I don't want to sound negative but running a business is a lot of paperwork and keeping records. If you are serious and want to have your own "real" studio you need to talk to a lawyer and a CPA. Lawsuits and battles with the IRS are no fun at all. Unfortunately none of the above mentioned comes cheap.
