Anybody catch them on SNL? Wondering if anybody knows what brand of acoustic guitar the singer was playing in the first tune. Anybody have a clue?

I didn't think they sucked.

Strange music but as far as I could tell it sounded that way intentionally. :D

I bet the guy must love the fact that he sees there are replies to his thread and then comes in to see that they are absolutely less than useless.

Honestly, if you have nothing useful to say, why bother at all? Neg rep all round here.

...and sorry, I didn't see it. Is it likely to be on Youtube any time soon? I'm not familiar with the programme.

Who died and made your opinion matter? Give it a rest, these guys are just yanking him around a little bit, it's all in good fun. Go back to the Cave where your post/emo cry belongs.

Go fuck yourself.

Here's the video on YouTube:

I'll take a closer look when I'm not a work. At first glance its some sort of auditorium-style body with a classical-style headstock. Looks like a steel string though (no volume right now so I can't tell how it sounds).

Irony?

I don't know Taylor's very well, but that looks like it.

It's a Taylor, all right. The shape of the bridge gives it away, they are very distinctive.-Richie

By the way, looking at Elderly's there are a bunch of those guitars with different top and back/side materials. The video looks almost like a white top, and the sides are dark, so I figured it had to be the spruce/rosewood combo. I could be wrong about the wood, though.
