No, I'm not a friend of Chris Klein's 
and I don't know anyone having a fire sale for store equipment.
However, I do have a pair of mics: (1) KSM44 and (1) KSM27 mics. My asking price for the 44 is $525 and for the 27 is $225. I would sell the pair for $700 and you would receive a better price for shipping both mics. These are new in the box and are left over from a studio project that never got off the ground.
Shoot me an email at music.mart@gmail.com if you're interested. I will send pictures to anyone who's seriously interested. I know I don't have a lot of posts, so ask me for some crazy picture angle. PayPal is prefered or USPS money order. Though with my low post amount, I'm sure noone is going to send me a postal money order (THANKS CHRIS KLEIN FOR RUINING THIS FOR EVERYONE ELSE!). Just thought I would offer it for anyone who doesn't use PayPal.
I'm located in the Chicagoland area for anyone who would rather pick them up. Or, if you know a member who lives in Chicago I can give the mic(s) to them to ship to you...as long as they give me payment at the same time I hand them over. I will also provide ALL my contact information for someone who makes me a legitimate offer. I'm 40 years old, married with a 5 year old girl working full-time as a Senior Systems Analyst. The $700 won't get me and my family very far.
Jeez, can this get any more complicated? I guess its a sign of the times. I go by deerfield_guitar_values on ebay. And, if you hurry, you can see my D-45V for sale. Hmmm, maybe I can put together a whole package for the mics and the guitar. That would be something.
