the p4 3.4ghz is good...but cant be overclocked...

just got an AMD athlon xp 2500+ with an Nforce shipset
with 500 MB of ram and i'm doing fine,
but i'm going for a decent cooling system and i'm gonna isolate my pc as good as i can, and i'm gonna put 1 GIG of ram in my pc,
then it should be a stable music machine,
i'm not gonna start overclocking as long as my system runs hot;..
the ventilation in my pc totally SUCKS, its noizy and doesn't help shit
i easily get 60 degrees celcius,; even 70 isn't hard to reach,
of course, the past month has been freaky hot ... and neither me or my pc like that
so, any suggestions on a good cooling system ? i've been looking around for water cooling... but haven't found anything that really impresses me..
