I have a question. The manufacturing company I use requires that the Glass master CD-R that I supply them have P&Q Codes. What is this? I have Cakewlka 9, soudforge 4.5 and cool edit. Do any of these programs have this? The also want the CD to be burned to Red Book Standard. Will these programs do this? I have a USB Sony Spressa CD Burner. Please Help.

Thanks

The "P" is a music track separater - it helps find the start point of your song

The "Q" is the track time and number

Red book is the standard for audio Cd's
If it plays on most players it should be a red book standard
But to my knowledge you can't check at home for red book compliance.

In my opinion, The pressing plant should be able to work with a Cd you burn on SF. If they run into problems they should be able to work around them

I don't own any of those programs so I don't know if they have a dedicated software to burn CD's
