alan - more power with the drums, less with the guitars. great sound. i like the change...too much ride, drum really should be louder..they sound like Tonka pad drums. i like the alternating vocals (not the GWAR shit). :) nice smashing pumpkins type guitar sound. not bad at all. you have the right idea. now you just need to hone your skills on tracking and mixing better. most important--->bring those drums up. the hollow sound on the vocals pierces my ear in a bad way, roll off some of the upper-mids. very nice man. i really dig the many changes. sounds like you have about 4 or 5 different songs.

really "wobbly" sounding gtrs...to the point that they are kinda bad sounding to me. Low volume vocals, and minimum enthusiasm in delivery. Ok...better, at 1:37....but the vocals start to really strain the brain...gtrs getting kinda annoying...That's about all I could listen to...sorry...I tried:(
 
hey samich17, thanks a lot for the listen! yeah, i always realize a little late that my mixes are lacking in some stuff.... it'd be nice if i could get some monitors to mix w/ or just have someone else mix my songs...... i always tend to mix my guitars too loud..... prolly coz i'm mainly a guitar player and i'm afraid to make it sound obvious that i use a drum machine, heheh... but i'm mainly about originality and unorthadox stuff.... i love extreme music obviously but i like it most when mixed and tangled into other genres

also, i really digged your stuff..... excellent production... how much money do you have in your equipment? (i'm a poor college student myself.... i got very limited stuff.... and only year and a half of digital recording experience)

p.s. to mixmkr: thanks for the attempted listen.... extreme music isn't for everyone.... and to further comlicate things, it is extremely hard to mix/produce trem-picked guitar and constant double-bass drums and get it to sound clear... oh well, i love the shit too much to give up yet!
