What does anyone think of the sounds I'm getting of the guitars?
Not concentrating on bass or drums right now (bit of echo on drums.)
Les Paul Studio to a Peavey Valveking 100 (tube), SM57, MP501 preamp, to sound card.
Left Channel - Treble 5, Mid 10, Bass 8, Gain 3
Recorded off the grill, and another for ambience.
Right Channel - Treble 3, Mid 10, Bass 3, Gain 3
Recorded off the grill, and another for ambience.
Both panned hard left and right.
I put a few samples, one has just each channel with the grill sound. The other places the ambient sound either panned along or on the opposite side.
How can I make it better? Any help will be kindly appreciated.
