Smokin

Ya I've got two computers also side by side networked. When I start editing video the poor old boy startes smokin. HA,HA. I haven't done any DVD yet but I can see it comming like in the next six mouths. I shut off everthing and have about 95% free, but keeping it that way can get interisting at times. I also have 256 RAM in each computer and would like to get more. For vedio I've got a 27 gig HD just for that and I think that's going soon for a 60 or better. for audio theres a 20 gig just for that. It seems okay for now but time will tell and the all mighty$$$. I love this site for audio. Do you know any good ones for vedio? Later, Donny!!!

video sites

For video, there are many different sites depending on what kind or video manipulation you are doing. For encoding DVD (MPEG-2) down to DivX (MPEG-4), which in essence can reduce a 8 GB DVD down to a size that will fit on 1 or 2 CD-R's without losing much quality, goto http://doom9.excelland.com I also use a forum for my Dazzle MPEG-2 video capture card, but it probably isn't relevant unless you have one too. I use my audio computer as a MP3 Jukebox too. The sound card runs out to my stereo system, and the computer serves up songs. I have over 250 CD's ripped and stored on that system in MP3 format. It's cool because I can create any number of play list sets, then random shuffle the songs in the list.
