Okay guys, i'm feeling really scared now. I was feeling confident about this track, and i've listened to a few of yours... and now, the confidence levels are dropping very quickly...
especially compared to the "Toad the Wet Sprocket" track. Nice one, i liked it a lot.
Anyway, the track i'm donating was done by a friend of mine, in my shoebox of a studio. When I say shoebox... I mean... Shoebox.

The track is called "Spoke in the Wheel", I think it's either an Alman brothers song or one by Zack Wylde. Seriously, all I did was hit the record button and let a guitarist friend of mine take over. He also did the vocals.
Anyway.... to let you know, it was recorded in small bedroom, with 1 mic for guitar and vox. An Allen & Heath Mixer was used along with a cheap'n'nasty AKG microphone.
The guitar parts were deliberately shifted in the mix. But, i'm really starting to wish i hadn't. This is a first 'proper' recording session for me. I know there's a long way to improve. Or at least that's what my intention is.
Have fun guys, o hope you like it. No promises okay?
